Vanya Lyday, PA-C

Vanya Lyday is a highly-skilled Physician Assistant, who brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to our telehealth practice. She leverages the latest technology to offer convenient, real-time consultations via video chat, where she can diagnose, treat and even prescribe medication, just as she would in a traditional in-person visit.

Born and raised in Celeste, Texas, Vanya attended Texas A&M University-Commerce where she excelled, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She later earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Science Center and has since amassed over a decade of experience working in the fields of family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology and sleep medicine.

Vanya is passionate about providing personalized care that prioritizes wellness and preventative medicine, with a focus on empowering her patients to be their best. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant, a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and values the meaningful connections she makes with her patients.

When not working, Vanya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and being outdoors. She currently resides in Collin County with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
