At our practice, we believe that exceptional medicine begins with genuine human connection. Dr. Payam Jalali Zadeh embodies this philosophy every day. For him, medicine is not simply a profession.  It is a calling rooted in compassion, perseverance, and a deep commitment to relieving suffering and improving lives.

He practices in our West Frisco office at Lebanon and FM 423.

Dr. Jalali Zadeh's path in medicine spans more than two decades. He earned his medical degree and completed specialty training in Anesthesiology at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran, one of the nation's most respected institutions. He went on to serve as both an anesthesiologist and ICU physician at Laleh Hospital in Tehran, where he developed extensive expertise in critical care and hospital medicine while caring for patients during their most vulnerable moments.

When Dr. Jalali Zadeh came to the United States, he faced the challenge of rebuilding his career from the ground up. Despite encouragement to pursue other paths, he never wavered. Medicine was and remains his dream, his passion, and his life's purpose. Through years of hard work, sacrifice, and unwavering determination, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at Texas A&M CHRISTUS Good Shepherd in Longview, Texas. Internal Medicine had been his goal from the very beginning, and today he is proud to live that dream.

Dr. Jalali Zadeh is supported by his wonderful wife, whose kindness and encouragement have been his foundation through every challenge. Together, they are proud parents of a talented teenage daughter who shares her father's love of creativity and music she is an accomplished pianist, and music is a cherished part of their family life.

Outside the office, Dr. Jalali Zadeh enjoys hiking, studying, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family. He has also harbored a lifelong fascination with aviation and built model airplanes in his youth, a reflection of the curiosity and hands-on spirit he brings to every aspect of his life.

Dr. Jalali Zadeh's goal is simple: to serve every patient with compassion, respect, and unwavering dedication. Helping people heal and thrive is what fulfills him most, and he is honored to continue this journey in medicine alongside our practice family.
